How we treat your data

We collect Contact information (email, name) to check course attendance. We are acting under the instructions of the organiser. To have control over your data, contact the main organizer. We do not use the data for any other purpose.

If you send us an email directly, we collect the information you disclose to us. This information is used only to address your questions/enquiries, and you have control over this data. Your email is not further shared or used for any other goals. Your data is stored in a protected mailbox in Europe for five years. You can contact us directly to ask to delete, view, or export those conversations stored in our mailbox.

We collect contact information and government ID number (Airbnb) to be able to meet our Czech Legal obligations. This information is collected directly from you.

The data submitted is stored in Europe, retained as long as required by Czech law. You can ask to view/export or amend/delete (before we submit this information to the Czech Authorities)

You data is protected by relying on enterprise security from M365.

Airbnb makes visible to us your name, photo, phone number (if provided) via their platform. We view only this data on the Airbnb platform to be able to assist you during your stay.

We have IoT smart lock that stored locally the time when doors are closed/open. We might access this information to assist you during self-checking, self-checkout and remote assistance.

The building, where the flat is located, has 24x7 CCTV in operation. This is to provide a safe and secure environment when people enter the building. The information is stored for 2 weeks and it is managed by Security service of the building.

We collect your email, name and ISC2 numbers (if applicable) to be table to submit CPEs to ISC2 and receive news of the ISC2 Czech Chapter. Your name and ISC2 number is shared with ISC2 only if you request us to do so. Monthly e-mail communications might be sent. You can opt-out at any time from thos emails.
